At Olderspace Developers Private Limited, we deal in offline land and property bookings through in-person consultations, site visits, and legally documented agreements. Due to the nature of real estate transactions, our refund and cancellation terms are outlined as follows:

1. 📦 No Online Orders or Shipments

We do not sell products online or process payments through our website. All property inquiries, selections, bookings, and payments are handled offline through direct communication with our official agents or office staff.

2. 🧾 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be applicable only in the following cases:

• If the booking amount was paid in error and reported within 24 hours

• If the property becomes unavailable due to administrative or legal issues on our end before paperwork is processed

• If a double payment or technical duplicate transaction is verified

Refunds are not applicable once a land/property booking is finalized via signed documentation or if site visits have been arranged and processed.

3. 📆 Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your booking under the following conditions:

• Cancellation must be initiated within 48 hours of initial booking (offline or written communication)

• The property must not have been shown, surveyed, or reserved by another party

• Cancellations after 48 hours are handled at our sole discretion

4. 💰 Refund Method & Timeframe

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days, via:

• Bank transfer to the original payer’s account

• UPI or other agreed offline modes

We will notify you by email or phone once your refund is processed.

5. 🚫 Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in cases of:

• Change of mind after confirmation or site visit

• Non-response after booking

• Disputes due to client-side legal, financial, or document issues

• Any misrepresentation made by third-party (unauthorized agents or brokers)
